2010 Magenta Theater Season Ticket Details
 



 

    • Season tickets may be given as a gift, but not sold.
       
    • There are no discounts on tickets purchased after the season opens.
       
    • Season ticket Is valued as one seat per Season Ticket and is good for one seat per performance based on type of Season Ticket package.

 

Season Ticket Registration
 

One benefit to Season Ticket packages is the ability to have advanced reservation and receive a discount on the ticket prices

After you receive your season ticket you will need to call Magenta Box Office to register and set up your account if you did not buy the ticket or you received as a gift. Your account will already be set up if you were the purchaser.

 

 

Season Ticket Priority Seating


Season Ticket
holders will be given a one week pre-sale window for each production before tickets go on-sale to general public to reserve their tickets for each show.
 

  • Visit the www.magentatheater.com for the quickest and most convenient method of seat reservation or you can call the Box Office for reservation assistance
     
    • Note that the Box Office is run by volunteers and a return call may take up to 2 business days, so please plan accordingly
  • Tickets reserved after one week pre-sale will not be guaranteed priority seating, please make sure to take advantage of the Season Ticket package benefits to the fullest
     
  • Tickets will be held at the Will Call Office for pick-up on performance days

Season Ticket Exchange Policy

One of the benefits for Season Ticket holders is the ability to exchange reserved tickets for a different performance of the same production. Please familiarize yourself with the following rules and procedures of our exchange policy:

  1. You may exchange your ticket(s) as needed, but all exchanges must be made no later than 48 hours before the date of the performance you have reservations for
     
  2. Exchanges are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that your package’s seating will be available for the performance date you wish to exchange for. Please make your exchanges as early as possible for best availability, as we are unable to honor this exchange policy for sold-out performances.
     
  3. Exchanges may be made by either email or phone. You will receive a call or email that confirms the exchange.
     
  4. Exchanges can be made for other performance dates of the same production only.
